ABOUT PROJECT:
LA neighborhood council site was over ten years old and not maintained. Among other things, the theme and crucial meeting plug-ins were no longer supported and many features were no longer working. The site was also not mobile friendly. UmeWorks provided a new design and site structure, collaborating with the Board liaison on decisions.
